At the Brand Power seminar one of the exercises prompted me to choose 4 keywords that best described what my pet sitting services provide to my customers. One of the words most important to me was consistancy. I want my customers to know what to expect from my company , and my pet sitters, and get the same great service experience every time they leave their pets in our care. I am currently working on creating new pet sitting business systems and processes that will ensure that their pets receive this consistant level of care.
It is also important to me to bring you, the readers of my blog a more consistant service. I want you to know what to expect to read here at Working with Pets each day of the week. This way you’ll know when to visit to receive the tips you most need right now to run and grow your pet sitting business. So.. I’ve created some weekly topics – and had some cool icons designed for each topic:
On Mondays I’ll be sharing a marketing tip that you can use to attract more customers to your business. As a business owner marketing is your most important task and that’s why it’s the first topic we’ll discuss each week!
Tuesdays are your day to voice your opinion about a hot pet sitting or pet industry related topic. I’ll be asking you the questions and I hope that we’ll generate a lively discussion.
On Wednesday we’ll take a close look at situations that you may run into during your day to day pet business. For example – what if you arrive at a pet sitting visit and the dog has vomited in their crate, won’t eat, and can’t keep down water. We’ll discuss what your should do, who you should contact, and how to be prepared for this type of situation.
On Thursday I’ll give you a quick tip that can make your pet business more efficient or add to your bottom line.
